Scrappy's is a popular bar in Cannon Beach, Oregon that is co-owned by many Lookout Landing regulars, including seattlebruin, pdb, NOLAMarinergirl, Nick S, and BrianL among others.
Scrappy's is two floors, including bars on both floors and snack service to get around Oregon's hot food laws. It has an upstairs lounge featuring karaoke and occasionally live bands, four pool tables, and 72 HDTVs at various locations throughout the establishment. It is known for holding lavish parties for such events as the Super Bowl, World Series, Premier League Championship, Final Four, and the Laguna Beach season premiere (if it ever comes back). It is also known for its policy of free drinks for all Lookout Landing moderators.
The dress code is defined as "You may not look like a douchebag or like you're homeless," and flip-flops are allowed at all times except for Tuesday nights, which is "Shoe Night."
