Mariners first-round draft pick (3rd overall) in 2005, Clement showed good talent in his first professional year. However, in 2006 he underwent minor elbow and knee surgery and upon his return was promoted up to AAA Tacoma. Clement performed poorly there and in the Hawaiian Winter League. Started the 2008 season at AAA Tacoma and commenced fucking the man.
Clement served two stints with the Mariners in 2008. Flashed moments of awesome but was mostly kind of disappointing. The second stint ended (along with his season) when it was announced that he would be undergoing surgery to repair a torn meniscus. Graham was inconsolable.* Due to injuries and lack of defensive ability, will most likely be moved to 1B at some point in the future.
