Edgar Martinez

Edgar Martinez played with the Seattle Mariners from 1987-2004, primarily as a designated hitter. He owns a career line of .312 / .418 / .515; his most impressive year having been the 1995 season when he finished third in the AL MVP balloting.

Edgar Martinez has perhaps the coolest voice of all time.

Many Seattlites believe Edgar belongs in the Hall of Fame. Luckily the Mariners have a team Hall of Fame, where Edgar is happily enshrined.
